Due to the overwhelming success of our winter workshop programme we have decided to extend it throughout the spring and summer.

CAFFI FLORENCE workshop programme has evolved over the years into a
great place to develop skills and knowledge in a range of activities
that all have sustainable living and 'local' at their heart. They all
include all the materials,ingredients and equipment that are needed as
well as tea/coffee and something wicked made by CAFFI FLORENCE.
COOKERY Our new Autumn/ Winter workshop programme offers some of our old cookery favourites such as an introduction to bread making, warming winter soups, foodie gifts for Christmas, and fish cookery. We also have many new topics including pie making, tapas dishes, low calorie family meals, butchery basics and a 2 day workshop on sour dough bread we have to decided to offer a new spring summer programme for this year.
USING HERBS FOR HEALTH AND BEAUTY Non
Owen is joining us again for her very popular workshops on all things
herbal. Non is a real expert in her field with over 15 years of
teaching and practice in herbal medicine
THE REALLY USEFUL GARDEN New for this year, Trafford Park Head Gardener Jo Dyer shares her passion for organic and sustainable living and shows how gardens can be really useful as well as beautiful. full really useful garden programme and booking information
WILLOW DECORATIONS Gill
Dobson is another addition to this year's workshop programme sharing
her amazing willow working skills to make some beautiful decorations
for the home and gifts. full willow programme and booking information
Music Mondays are our monthly live music afternoons showcasing local musicians. They are very informal and you can sit and listen or chat with friends. There is no charge for the music and you can stay as long or as little as you please. They take place from 2pm - 4pm. If you wish to eat and want to be sure of a table please phone to book.
